Turf Management Team Member, St. Germain Golf Club
Position Overview:
The Turf Management Team plays a vital role in maintaining healthy, high-quality, and visually
appealing playing surfaces throughout the golf course. Team members assist in daily
maintenance operations across greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers, and equipment to
ensure excellent playing conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greens Maintenance – Regular mowing to provide smooth, consistent, and high-quality putting
surfaces
Tees Maintenance – Mowing and care to maintain turf uniformity, durability, and reduced turf
stress
Fairways Maintenance – Mowing fairways to promote healthy turf growth and consistent ball
roll
Rough Maintenance – Mowing rough areas to control grass height and density while enhancing
course appearance
Bunker Maintenance – Raking bunker sand – Edging bunkers – Removing leaves, grass, and
stones to maintain clean and playable bunkers
Equipment Care – Clean and fuel equipment daily – Perform daily oil checks to ensure proper
operation
Job Requirements & Qualifications – Experience not required (higher pay available for
candidates with experience) – Ability to work early morning shifts – Reliable and able to work
independently or as part of a team

Schedule – Start times range from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM, depending on the time of year – Full-
time, part-time, and weekend positions available
