The Hillside Tavern is famous for its pizza – some say it rivals the pies served down south. It’s a monster of a meatball sandwich on French bread that features a traditional Italian tomato sauce and melted provolone cheese. The Pine Knot Tavern is a newer addition to St. Germain’s dining scene and it’s serving up some great beverages and entrees, as well as a burger that takes a walk on the wild side. The PK Wild Burger is a delicious mixture of elk, bison and wagyu beef. It’s served with melted gouda cheese and fried onion and it’s delicious!

Meals at the Whitetail Inn aren’t meant to be rushed. The warm log atmosphere sets the tone – the establishment was crafted with 200-year-old white pines. But this landmark restaurant on St. Germain Golf Course isn’t just about good looks – its menu delivers some wonderful options, like the red wine braised beef. This slow-cooked delight is served with fingerling potatoes, house vegetables, and bordelaise sauce, and it’s topped with tumbled onions. Enjoy every bite and take your time!
