	Carolina Rib King New vendor for 2010 Pig in the Pines™! Solomon Williams - a.k.a. King Solomon - started barbecuing as a hobby and began competing in cook-offs eight years ago. Solomon's succulent southern style won him "People's Choice" in 2003. The South Carolina griller dry rubs his ribs with secret seasonings and then smothers them. Carolina Rib King won the Grand Champion, and People's Choice Awards at 2006 Shiner Bock Twin City RibFest.
	Famous Daves BBQ New vendor for 2010 Pig in the Pines™! Few restaurants in history have achieved as much recognition in a few short years as Famous Dave's! Dave’s road to fame began with a strong hankerin’ for fine barbeque and a stronger desire to make the finest slow-smoked barbeque folks had ever tasted. He visited rib shacks, roadside joints, every hole-in-the-wall or fancy pants supper club he could, all in search of the most BBQ succulent meats, savory seasonings and lipsmackin’ sauces around. After 25 years of tastin’ and cookin’, Dave’s barbeque just plain knocked the socks off his family and friends. That’s when Dave decided he had to share. He wanted to give all the folks a chance to dig into the best barbeque ever. And in a place as down-home fun and frolicsome as the BBQ shacks and clubs he went a callin’ on all those years. Folks like you made Dave "Famous". His barbeque and restaurants have been showered in more awards than he has walls to hang ‘em on. Over three hundred for best BBQ ribs, best new restaurant, best music, best take-out and best barbeque joint. Heck, we didn’t even have ta’ bribe the judges. Fair and square, Famous Dave’s offers great barbeque and fun. But that’s for you to judge, ‘cause after all, you’re our best critics.
	Mojo's Rib Shack Mojo's Rib Shack originated in the small town of Coolville, Ohio. Since then we have been traveling around the county competing and winning at many of the major rib festivals.We are thrilled to bring our special brand of BBQ to the Columbus Jazz & Rib Fest. Although our specialty has always been our St. Louis style ribs, we are also famous for our pulled pork sandwiches. We offer three award winning sauces including "Hickory Lickin," "Smokin," and our too hot for most "Freakin Hot." So if you have never tried our BBQ, give us a taste and get your MOJO'S WORKIN!!
	Pigfoot Barbecue Co. 2008 & 2009 Pig in the Pines™ Peoples' Choice Winner. Pigfoot BBQ Co. is owned by Jerry & Debbie Gibson. They started in rib Cook-Offs in 1982 in Cleveland, Ohio at the National Rib Cook-Off, which was the first Rib Cook-Off as we know them now. After owning a pizza & rib restaurant, they went professionally into rib competitions in 1989. We've traveled the country from Florida to Toronto (in the Skydome), as far west as St. Louis and as far east as Boston. Along the way, they have won over 250 Awards for Best Ribs and Sauce. Including 7 time winner of People's Choice Award in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Best ribs & Sauce National Ribfest, Naperville, Illinois, Peoples Choice Greatest Ribs in America, Cleveland, Ohio Best Sauce & Ribs, Twin Cities Ribfest, Best Ribs in Ohio 6 years straight and many more awards.
	Texas Outlaws BBQ 2009 Pig in the Pines™ Judges' Choice Winner. Texas Outlaws BBQ is the only team in the world to win the coveted Reno, Nevada's Best in the West first place ribs "3 times" and to have our restaurant featured on the National "Food Network TV" channel. This is our 14th year at Rib Fest and our old fashion approach to BBQ has remained constant, never precooking, always slow cooking using premium meat, spices, sauce and wood. Even when grilling we use lump coal, never gas. We feel our old fashion, labor intensive approach to BBQ has made us a crowd favorite for many years at Rib Fest, but as my grandmother always said, "self brag is half scandal", so we will let you tell us what you think.
